From the moment we moved in, the team has been attentive, professional, and genuinely caring about our comfort and satisfaction. The property is beautifully maintained—clean common areas, well-kept landscaping, and modern amenities that make it feel like home.
What I appreciate most is the quick and courteous response whenever there’s a question or request. The management team goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy, and it truly shows in every detail.
Living here has been peaceful, safe, and convenient, with everything we need close by. I would highly recommend Crescent Falls Property to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to live.

I enjoy the fact that I feel safe here and I also enjoy the bodega in case I need ice cream in the afternoon, just another comfort here at Crescent Falls. |Recommended: YesVery friendly staff residents. Recently moved in and have had no complaints. Have been enjoying the several amenities crescent falls has to offer. The gym, pool, and pickleball courts are among the few amenities I use the most 10 10 would recommend.
|Recommended: YesWe love living here and we just signed a new lease. The staff is the best if you need anything Ty or Rose can take care of it and Brad has been great too. We love the pool and hot tub and the apartment location is great. We are very happy here and plan to stay.

There is a game room, pool, court, gym and even places to study Can’t wait to move in. Ty was incredibly kind and helpful with all of our questions. Glad I chose Crescent Falls

|Recommended: YesI moved into Crescent Falls back on the 6th of February. The Apartment and staff here are excellent We have a new pool table, ping pong table, 24 hour exercise room, pickle ball courts, hot tub and swimming pool I'm in heaven Today the 14th of March I received my first electric bill and it was only 47.94 for the whole month. Wow, am I happy or what This is the lowest electric bill I've ever gotten. I feel the reason it's so low is due to the new seals in my new apartment doors and windows. It's keeping the cold out in the winter and cold air in in the summer. My friend told me his electric bill was over 400 at another older apartment. If your electric bill is high you should call Mr. Ty Rowe the community manager here at Crescent Falls at 417-385-1573 and take a free tour. Be like me and possibly save hundreds of dollars off your electric bill every month I love it here Sincerely, Richard Allen APT 341
